Security Operations Manager -- Land O' Lakes

We are currently seeking an experienced, results‑driven Security Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our daily operations. This role ensures that all security programs exceed performance goals while upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.

The Security Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for directing and optimizing all aspects of the company’s security operations. This includes managing field teams, enforcing policies and procedures, coordinating technology and emergency protocols, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Operational Leadership
• Develop, implement, and enforce company‑wide security policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple client sites to ensure consistency, efficiency, and service excellence.

• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel to promote high performance and professionalism.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure full compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct audits and site inspections to verify compliance and drive operational improvements.
• Identify and assess risks, developing and executing effective mitigation strategies.
• Oversee emergency response plans, surveillance systems, and access control procedures to ensure prompt and effective incident response.

• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, law enforcement, emergency responders, and external partners.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and superior service delivery.

• Prepare and present detailed reports on incidents, staffing, performance metrics, and operational trends.
• Use data‑driven insights to enhance efficiency, strengthen operations, and optimize resource allocation.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in the security industry.
• Recommend and implement innovative tools and processes to enhance safety, productivity, and client satisfaction.

• Language:
  Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is REQUIRED. Must be able to communicate effectively, direct field personnel, and interface with clients in both languages.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in security operations or management.
• Industry Knowledge:
  In-depth knowledge of modern security systems, protocols, and risk management strategies.
• Leadership:
  Proven leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management.
• Skills:
  
  Strong analytical, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and excellent written/verbal communication skills.

• Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or equivalent are preferred.
