General Manager - Community Radio

WMNF 88.5FM, Tampa Bay's community radio station, is seeking a dynamic, community-focused General Manager (GM) to lead the station. Qualified applicants will have a passion for mission-driven community radio and a desire to build on our history and reputation for diverse and high-quality programming, community engagement, strong listener financial support, and deep volunteer engagement to achieve our goals of inspired community service and financial sustainability.

The GM is responsible for overall leadership, including staff and volunteer management, and significant fundraising for the station, ensuring that all activities are in accordance with the station’s Mission, Vision, and Values. Working with the Board of Directors, the General Manager provides strategic leadership in developing and implementing the station’s Long-Range Plan and regularly reports to the Board on the station's status.

The General Manager serves as WMNF's ambassador to the community and develops relationships that will benefit the station and the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in communications, administration, or business preferred.
• Prior experience in broadcast media preferred.
• Ability and experience in fundraising, building community support, and
• 5 years' experience in a not-for-profit management environment required.

$90,000 - $110,000
