Other Leadership Roles in Operations Position Summary The Director is responsible for the overall leadership, financial performance, and operational excellence of the Installation Housing department. This role oversees all office and field personnel, manages builder and vendor relationships at a strategic level, and drives the department’s growth and profitability. This team member sets the direction for the team, holds everyone accountable to goals and standards, and ensures the department operates efficiently and with integrity.
