We are seeking a Tax Partner who will play a pivotal role in shaping our tax practice, bringing both technical expertise and a strategic growth mindset. You’ll step into a firm with a collaborative culture and forward-thinking leadership, and you’ll be empowered to lead client engagements, drive revenue, and develop a high-performing team.

• Lead the Tax Practice:
  Oversee day-to-day operations of the tax department, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables across a diverse portfolio of clients
• Client Engagement:
  Serve as the primary advisor for high-value clients, delivering strategic tax planning, compliance, and consulting services tailored to each client's unique goals
• Technical Review & Compliance:
  Review and sign off on complex tax returns including partnerships (1065), C-corporations (1120), S-corporations (1120S), and sole proprietor ships (Schedule
  
  C); ensure all work aligns with the latest tax code and regulatory changes
• Growth & Business Development:
  Leverage your existing relationships and market insights to attract new clients, expand service offerings, and grow the firm’s revenue base
• Strategic Tax Planning:
  Identify and implement proactive tax strategies to help clients minimize risk, enhance profitability, and remain in compliance
• Team Leadership & Mentoring:
  Provide guidance and mentorship to staff at all levels; develop talent and promote a culture of learning, collaboration, and client service
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with audit, advisory, and operations leaders to deliver integrated solutions and maximize client value
• Firm Strategy & Leadership:
  Contribute to the overall direction of the firm by participating in strategic planning, partner meetings, and long-term initiatives
