Lab Production Technician role at Siemens Healthineers PETNET Solutions
OverviewSiemens Healthineers PETNET Solutions stands at the forefront of the global PET radiopharmaceutical industry. This full-time position supports manufacturability and ramp-up of products and performs technical measures to complete projects in cooperation with Industrial Engineers. The program includes on-the-job training conducted by our world-class training team based in Knoxville, TN. New hires undergo a five-week program, combining in-person and virtual learning to cultivate the necessary skills for success within our pharmacy operations.
This is an overnight shift position with flexibility for alternative shifts.
- Perform complex compounding, manufacturing (cyclotron and chemistry module operation) and quality control processes (utilizing TLC, HPLC, GC), under supervision as required by State and Federal law.
- Participate in inspections, maintenance and troubleshooting to support manufacturing and testing processes and equipment.
- Implement approved SOP changes to production and quality control processes.
- Perform Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly PM checks of Cyclotrons, Chemistry Modules, and QC Equipment per SOPs.
- Oversee routine logistics including preparing product for shipment, coordinating courier schedules, and documenting as necessary.
- Analytical Chemistry Equipment and Processes (HPLC, GC, TLC).
- Experience in a sterile or clean room laboratory/environment.
- Detail oriented with strong critical thinking; able to work independently.
- Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, word processing, e-mail).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Willingness to work night shifts and alternating shifts as needed.
Shift: Overnight shift at the PETNET Solutions pharmacy; flexibility to work alternative shifts is required.
Benefits and Pay- Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 5% annual bonus; 401(k) match; 20 days of paid time off plus 5 floating holidays.
- Base pay range:
Min $38,900 – Max $58,300. Pay may vary by geography, skills, education, experience. - Commissions (if applicable) in accordance with company plan.
