Fabrication Manager – Tampa, FL Responsibilities
- 5–7 years’ steel fabrication and welding experience
- Skilled in MIG welding, machining, robotics, and powder coating
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Experience in production support, quality checks, and workflow efficiency
- Team-oriented, able to assist in staff supervision and training
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform hands-on tasks
- Welding machines, powder coating tools, robotic systems
- Maintain compliance with shop safety regulations
