Shift: 1st Shift – 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday‑Friday
Salary: $17.50 per hour + sign‑on bonus.
Duties & Responsibilities- Work at a fast pace and be flexible to work overtime as needed.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance (critical for in‑person work).
- Have reliable transportation to and from work (public transportation or personal vehicle).
- Operate cutting equipment to process wire and cable orders for shipping.
- Use technology such as RF scanners, iPads, and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders for shipping.
- Assist customers with local will‑call orders.
- Build, wrap, sort, and transport reels, pallets, and packages.
- Ship and receive truck deliveries.
- Lift up to 80 lbs.
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Use sit‑down forklifts, dollies, and other equipment to move product within the facility.
- Be detail‑oriented, able to multi‑task, with attention to detail.

- Dress code: relaxed with safety footwear required (ASTM F2413); annual voucher up to $125.00 for footwear; company shirts after 90 days.
- Candidates must be 18 years or older and be able to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
- Previous wire & cable experience is a plus.
