- Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.
- Maintain and continuously improve short‑term and long‑term production schedules, ensuring alignment with labor, asset capacity, and material availability
- Ensure accuracy of scheduling data within SAP and OMP, updating ERP status and supporting new item setup activities
- Publish weekly firm schedules and long‑range planning outputs to guide execution across defined departments
- Chair production and schedule review meetings, driving timely resolution of scheduling conflicts with cross-functional stakeholders
- Optimize production schedules by balancing demand priorities, sequencing efficiency, and effective resource utilization
- Monitor production data, KPIs, and operational metrics to identify trends, support continuous improvement, and ensure on-time finished product availability
- Serve as a backup for ERP and Supply Planner functions, including modifications to BOMs, recipes, inspection plans, and other key data objects
- SAP experience required; OMP experience preferred
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
- Experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
