Position Summary

ScheduleThe schedule for this position is Monday-Thursday 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Job Responsibilities- Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment for commercial tires.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Operate safely at heights up to 25 feet while managing equipment.
- Remain on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments (e.g., e‑commerce, inventory, will call) depending on business needs.
- Perform additional job‑related tasks as directed by your supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Physical demands:
You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently, up to 80 pounds occasionally, and exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds. Handling of commercial tires may require team lifts or mechanical assistance.
Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline (SRL). All equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except for steel/composite toe boots.
Work environment:
Exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise, and fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants.
- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
- At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work at heights of up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Abide by all company safety policies and state/federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
- Must pass forklift certification.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Team player.
- Successful pre‑employment drug test (no testing for THC/marijuana).
