Machine Operator

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator
to support our growing candy production line. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience operating thermoforming or blister packaging equipment and understands the precision required when working with confectionery products. Food manufacturing or food service experience is a strong plus.

• Operate and monitor blister packaging machinery for candy products
• Set up tooling, molds, forming film, and sealing materials for each production run
• Perform machine adjustments to maintain proper heat, pressure, alignment, and sealing integrity
• Inspect blisters for quality, seal strength, fill accuracy, and visual appearance
• Troubleshoot jams, misfeeds, sealing issues, and forming inconsistencies
• Complete changeovers efficiently, including cleaning, sanitizing, and replacing components
• Maintain accurate production logs and follow all GMP and food safety guidelines
• Communicate equipment issues to maintenance or supervisors promptly
• Support continuous improvement efforts on the production floor

• 2+ years of machine operation experience
  , preferably with blister machines, thermoformers, or packaging equipment
• Experience in candy, confectionery, or food manufacturing is a
  strong plus
• Ability to read SOPs, production sheets, and basic mechanical diagrams
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with troubleshooting
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime or flexible shifts as needed
