We are seeking a reliable Belt Cutter to support production by cutting, preparing, and maintaining abrasive belts used in grinding and finishing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, follow safety standards, and work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

• Cut and prepare abrasive belts to specified lengths and dimensions

• Inspect belts for defects and ensure quality standards are met

• Operate belt cutting and splicing equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain proper inventory of belts and related materials

• Replace worn or damaged belts as needed

• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and shop procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Adhere to all safety and quality guidelines

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Experience in foundry, metal grinding, or finishing operations

• Familiarity with abrasive belts and grinding equipment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
