We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our team in a Level 1 position, focusing on the manufacturing of medical devices and ancillary products. The role involves using hand tools and operating production equipment to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met.
Responsibilities- Utilize hand tools and operate production equipment to manufacture medical devices and ancillary products.
- Follow drawings, guidelines, and diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively.
- Experience with cleanroom operations and production processes.
- Knowledge of assembly techniques specific to medical devices.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must have the ability to distinguish different colors and possess vision acuity.
- Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, speaking, and following directions.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for assembling components.
- Basic math skills and the ability to use computers for measurements.
- Familiarity with modern production systems, including the use of computers and robots.
- Physical stamina to stand or sit for long periods and perform repetitious work.
- Physical strength to lift components, tools, and equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of work instructions, blueprints, and schematics for various assemblies.

Work EnvironmentThe position is based in a climate-controlled cleanroom environment, ensuring a comfortable and safe workspace. Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, providing a structured routine with no weekend shifts.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.00/hr.
