We are a fast-paced, high-volume printing, signs and embroidery shop looking for an Embroidery Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail.

• Machine Operation:
  Set up and operate multi-head industrial embroidery machines.
• Job Prep:
  Select proper hoops, stabilizers (backing), and thread colors based on garment type and design requirements.
• Quality Control:
  Monitor stitching for thread breaks, bird nesting, or alignment issues; perform "trim and fold" finishing as needed.
• Maintenance:
  Perform basic machine maintenance, including oiling and needle changes.
• Production Goals:
  Maintain a steady pace to meet daily deadlines in a busy shop environment.

• Experience:
  
  This is entry level position.
• Detail Oriented:
  Ability to catch small defects and ensure every piece matches the approved sample.
• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to stand for long shifts and perform repetitive tasks in a production environment.

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
