Packaging Engineer, Manufacturing Production

- Perform manual packaging activities by following batch record instructions to ensure product accuracy and compliance.
- Operate, set up, and troubleshoot automated packaging equipment.
- Manage material movement and maintain full chain‑of‑custody documentation.
- Report issues or potential deviations to QA and supervision to uphold product quality.
- Support equipment qualification activities in collaboration with the Equipment Specialist.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of SOPs, GMP requirements, and documentation standards.
- Participate in safety meetings and consistently adhere to all safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical GMP environment preferred.
- Strong ability to clean and sanitize packaging rooms per SOP and compliance standards.
- Ability to build professional, respectful relationships across teams.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance within a GMP setting.
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and process accuracy.
- Willingness to take on additional tasks to support team and site success.
