We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery to minimize downtime and ensure consistent production performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repair solutions
Maintain and service CNC machines, conveyors, furnaces, compressors, and other industrial equipment
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before breakdowns occur
Perform equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications as needed
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability
Ensure compliance with safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies
Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, and PLCs (basic troubleshooting)
Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical documentation
Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in foundry, aerospace, or heavy manufacturing environments
CNC machine maintenance experience
Welding or fabrication experience
Technical certification or vocational training
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work in an industrial environment with heat, noise, and moving machinery
