Precision Press Brake Operator

Essential (Primary) Functions include but are not limited to:

• Set up and operate press brake equipment to form customer specific parts.
• Assure proper operation of equipment by monitoring quality of parts produced and conducting 1st Article procedures.
• Ensure materials exiting press brake machines meet drawing requirements and quality standards.
• Package and mark materials as necessary.
• Stage materials properly to assure loaders can efficiently lift and load materials.
• Report accidents, injuries, and incidents immediately to the supervisor.
• Assure productivity and quality standards are consistently met.
• Maintain an orderly area around utilized machines and drop areas, housekeeping and material staging areas.
• Perform general preventive maintenance on machine(s).
• Adhere to Quality policy at all times.
• Follow written quality procedures for specific job functions assigned.
