STS Technical Services is hiring Quality Inspectors in Stuart, Florida. This role supports aerospace manufacturing operations by inspecting aircraft assemblies, components and detail parts to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, quality procedures and contractual requirements.

Position OverviewQuality Inspectors are responsible for verifying product conformity, documenting inspection results, identifying discrepancies and supporting production teams with timely quality feedback. This position requires the use of precision measuring instruments, inspection tools and quality documentation processes in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Inspect aircraft assemblies, components and detail parts for compliance with engineering drawings, specifications and contractual requirements
- Identify, document and report discrepancies in accordance with established quality procedures
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, manufacturing specifications, work instructions and quality documentation
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and inspection tools to verify product conformity
- Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation
- Ensure compliance with all company safety, quality and operational procedures
- Support production teams by providing timely quality feedback and inspection results
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 5 years of aviation quality inspection experience preferred
- Experience working with aircraft tags, documentation and traceability requirements strongly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and manufacturing specifications
- Working knowledge of Boeing specifications and aerospace manufacturing standards preferred
- Experience using precision inspection equipment, including:
- Micrometers
- Calipers
- Thickness gauges
- Dial indicators
- Go/No-Go gauges
- Split ball gauges
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Must be willing to work any shift as required
- Aerospace manufacturing environment
- Aircraft structures, assembly or production inspection experience
- Experience supporting FAA‑regulated manufacturing or maintenance operations
