We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer – Tampa/Clearwater, FL
Location: Tampa/Clearwater, FL
Job SummaryDesigns and supports manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA), SMT products, modules, and subassemblies
. Works closely with operations and engineering teams to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and production performance.
- Develop manufacturing processes and work instructions for CCA and module assemblies.
- Support production floor activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with design engineering to implement production improvements.
- Design, procure, and implement tooling.
- Support SMT, cable harness, and electromechanical assembly operations.
- Incorporate inspection and test requirements into manufacturing plans.
- Investigate manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with specifications, regulations, and quality standards.
- Experience with Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA).
- SMT manufacturing experience.
- Familiarity with J-STD-001
. - AutoCAD experience.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and write manufacturing processes/work instructions.
