Cannabis Cultivation Technician

If so, Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for temporary Cannabis Cultivation Technicians to work at their production facility. You should be eager to be a part of a thriving Cannabis company.
For individuals who do a great job, there is the potential to be hired on in a full-time permanent role! Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing is the premier staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis / hemp industry.
Your duties could include anything from transplanting and watering to trimming, pruning, cleaning, and working with soil. Shifts are typically Monday - Friday, starting at 7 am. There is the potential for some overtime.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 8 hours/day
- Ability to perform repetitive movements with your hands
- Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures (there will be some work outdoors)
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to take direction
- Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds
- Proven work ethic and reliable transportation
- Ability to arrive on time (Shifts usually start at 7 am)
- Ability to work for a licensed cannabis operation in the State of Florida, which includes being at least 21 years of age and receiving authorization from the Florida Department of Health to work for a licensed cannabis operation
