Salary Range: $23.00 To $33.00 Hourly
Job DescriptionThis position supports component repair and overhaul activities at our Repair Station located in Hialeah, Florida. Experience repairing/overhauling Hydraulics components and ability to use hand tools, including calibrated micrometers and torque wrenches, is preferred.
Qualifications- High School graduate or GED.
- Must have mechanical ability ,and/or Hydraulics
- Basic knowledge and experience with Hydraulics and electrical theory and wiring preferred.
- Must have some type of technical capacity (aviation, automotive, etc.)
- Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, paint and modify Hydraulics components using CMM Manual repair techniques and test equipment in accordance with Original Equipment Manufactures specifications.
- Reads and follows manuals, customer order instructions, material lists and guidelines and applies necessary timelines.
- Fulfills all regular and advanced installation/repair/maintenance duties, and completes required paperwork and documentation in a timely manner.
- Functionally test all assemblies to ensure serviceability of completed units.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements.
- Develops tools and equipment in accordance with Original Equipment Manufactures specifications as required.
- A technician may be assigned to one or more departments, depending on operational needs of the company at the time of assignment.
