Systems Engineer
Job Title
Rexel is looking for a professional to join their team in implementing innovative and sustainable solutions across France. This role involves regular travel and requires expertise in project management, leadership, and adaptability.
Job DescriptionThe main mission during the project to replace the historical WMS with REFLEX includes:
- Participating in the design of the core model
- Contributing to the configuration of the tool
- Participating in the testing phase
- Writing operating procedures
- Participating in key user and end user training
- Supporting logistics centers during the transition period
- Implementing the deployment kit across all logistics centers
- Building dashboards (Reflex, Qlik, etc.)
Post-deployment, the role will focus on continuous improvement to enhance the core model and undertake other supply chain related tasks.
QualificationsApplicants should have a background in management information systems (MIAGE, engineering school, double-skill master's degree in IT, etc.) with proven experience in leading IT projects and knowledge in data and process modeling. Personal qualities such as analytical and synthesis skills, leadership, team spirit, curiosity, integrity, adaptability, autonomy, and customer orientation are essential.
