Refresco is seeking a manufacturing associate to support high-speed beverage production in our Tampa-area plant. You will follow GMPs, operate equipment, and help maintain quality and safety standards across the lines.
Responsibilities include reading production schedules, coordinating with teams, performing minor maintenance, and documenting downtime and materials usage. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required to meet production targets.
