The Repair Technician at Maverick Boat Group Inc. will repair fiberglass hulls, decks and components using both power and hand tools. You will spray gel coat, sand and buff to a smooth finish, and ensure color match with existing gel coat. Follow safety policies, wear PPE, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Experience with gel coat repair or autobody is preferred. The role requires reading instructions and working efficiently within takt times in a workshop environment.
