JOB SUMMARYManufacturing Precision Metal Products on CNC Turning Centers. Qualified to operate Twin Spindle / Twin Turret machines manufactured by Eurotech and Mori Seiki. Machining metallic and nonmetallic work pieces for the Aerospace Industry by performing the following duties.
OFFERING A $ 2,500
SIGN ON BONUS FOR MACHINISTS AT OUR TAMPA LOCATION!
- Read and interpret process plans, and blueprints to determine necessary machining, dimensional specifications, and operating requirements.
- Utilizes various types of inspection instruments to check work per print.
- Completes necessary job-related paperwork to include part identification, inspection documents, and production log.
- 2 Years
- Setup and Operating Twin Spindle / Twin Turret - 2 Years
- Precision CNC Machining - Experience with Fanuc Controls
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Regularly required to stand and reach the duration of shift, 8 hours.
- Occasionally required to walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or bend.
- Frequently required to perform repetitive or short-cycles work.
- Regularly lift, push, or pull up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic:
Willing to work OT to meet tight deadlines as needed. - Understands and observes all necessary safety procedures: safety glasses, shoes, ear protection, machine interlocks, lifting guidelines, etc. as designated in specific work area assigned.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and accurately in noisy environments.
- Must also have close, distance, and peripheral vision, with the ability to adjust focus and judge depth. Color vision is required as well.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Compensation: $26-30 per hour
