Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment while maintaining consistent coverage and finish quality;
Operate curing ovens and monitor temperatures and cure times according to specifications;
Inspect finished parts for coating thickness, appearance, adhesion, and overall quality;
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production specifications
