Location: Tampa FL 33634

Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Pay: $17 depending on experience

Join our team as a Sewing Machine Operator, responsible for fabricating tents, sidewalls, and other vinyl products. You’ll operate sewing machines, cutting machines, and participate in manual assembly, contributing to the production of high-quality event shelter solutions.

• Perform sewing using needles, scissors, and related tools for tent manufacturing
• Operate sewing machines and cutting equipment efficiently and safely
• Prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Maintain detailed attention to product quality and accuracy
• Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
• Complete repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to read, write, and perform simple math
• English as your primary language
• Ability to read technical drawings/prints and a tape measure/ruler

• Previous experience with leather or upholstery highly valued
• Hand-eye coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (team lifts up to 150 lbs.)
• Move, push, and pull sections of tents and sidewalls (up to 50 lbs.)
• Stand, sit, walk, lift, and reach for an entire shift
• Operate and maneuver large sections of PVC and vinyl fabrics
