Job Duties

• Solder
• SMT Touch-up
• Rework and repair
• Hand/Laser Marking
• Mechanical Assembly
• Bonding
• Routing
• Mechanical Rework
• Board Cleaning
• Material Handling
• Complex Box Builds
• Operator Self Inspection

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Performs assessment of product quality
• Keeps work area clean and orderly
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate barcode scanning equipment
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• High school education or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of soldering and assembly experience
• Vision corrected to 20/20 and ability to distinguish colors
• Standing or sitting for extended periods of time may be required
• Infrequent lifting and moving of material up to 40 pounds
• Ability to obtain a US Government granted security clearance, if necessary

• ESD & Class 0 Certification
• Component Identification Training
• Foreign Object Debris (FOD) Training
• Component/PWB Handling
• Right-To-Know Training
• Moisture Sensitive Devices
• IPC & J-STD Solder Certification
• IPC 7711/7721 Certification
• Move Safe Product
• Part Installation
• Operator Self Inspection
