- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Performs assessment of product quality
- Keeps work area clean and orderly
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate barcode scanning equipment
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of soldering and assembly experience
- Vision corrected to 20/20 and ability to distinguish colors
- Standing or sitting for extended periods of time may be required
- Infrequent lifting and moving of material up to 40 pounds
- Ability to obtain a US Government granted security clearance, if necessary
- ESD & Class 0 Certification
- Component Identification Training
- Foreign Object Debris (FOD) Training
- Component/PWB Handling
- Right-To-Know Training
- Moisture Sensitive Devices
- IPC & J-STD Solder Certification
- IPC 7711/7721 Certification
- Move Safe Product
- Part Installation
- Operator Self Inspection
