Tampa Bay Brewing Company Westchase is seeking a Packaging Lead to oversee all packaging (cans and kegs) at the Production Facility and coordinate with Head Brewer, cellar/brewing and sales/distribution. They will lead and execute on team development, specifications and processes with quality and safety being paramount while meeting production goals.
You will lead the packaging team, ensure quality and safety, manage maintenance, and maintain cleanliness.
