Refresco Tampa plant is hiring for a First Shift Maintenance Technician to support production lines and ensure equipment reliability. You will execute repairs, preventive maintenance, and line changeovers while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, read blueprints, and hold forklift certification. Overtime and weekend coverage may be required in a fast-paced plant.
