Integrated Master Scheduler

Own your opportunity to support national defense. Your work will help keep critical operations secure and connected across the global enterprise directly, contributing to a mission that protects our nation every day.

CIO Infrastructure Services (CIS) is growing, and we invite both our experienced incumbents and new team members to be part of what's next. Incumbents bring invaluable mission insight, while new talent adds fresh ideas and energy. Together, we'll strengthen continuity and drive the next generation of innovation.

As an Integrated Master Scheduler, you will play a central role in ensuring CIS delivers a seamless, low risk transition and maintains uninterrupted mission operations. Your expertise in building and managing complex schedules will directly support enterprise IT backbone by aligning engineering, operations, and tech refresh milestones with program objectives. The schedules you develop will synchronize critical activities, reduce risk, ensure readiness for transition gates, and enable our teams to deliver with precision.

Your work brings clarity, predictability, and confidence to a mission that cannot afford delays.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build, maintain, and baseline the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) within the Knowledge Management (KM) portal, ensuring alignment with contractual and program objectives
  • Perform critical path analysis, schedule health checks, and risk identification across engineering, operational, and tech refresh milestones
  • Collaborate closely with Program Management and Technical Delivery Teams to develop synchronized schedules that support all phases of CIS mission execution
  • Track progress, monitor variances, and recommend or implement corrective actions to maintain schedule integrity and on-time delivery
  • Communicate schedule impacts, dependencies, and forecasts to leadership, ensuring informed decision-making and mission continuity
  • Support transition activities by sequencing legacy and new contract workflows, providing visibility into resource loading, task sequencing, and readiness for transition gates

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, or 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Experience using project management and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner, Jira, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Service Central
  • 3+ years of experience developing or managing schedules within DoW, IC, or engineering environments
  • US citizenship required
  • Onsite
