Job Summary
We’re looking for a Core Injection Mold Machine Operator to operate ceramic core injection molding equipment used to create precision ceramic cores for aerospace components. This role supports production by operating machinery, performing inspections, preparing cores for processing, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Shift : 3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday 9:00p-5:00a
Shift Differential : $3.00
Training: During the training period, employees may be required to work a schedule outside of their regularly assigned shift to support hands‑on learning and development. Training is typically conducted Monday through Friday and may occur on first, second, or third shift based on business needs. Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to their assigned shift.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up, prepare, and operate ceramic core injection molding machines and tooling.
- Produce ceramic core shapes through the injection molding process.
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections to verify product quality.
- Complete core forging operations and prepare cores for thermal processing.
- Rotate between work areas, including the Harrop area, as needed.
- Monitor machine operation and identify potential quality or equipment issues.
- Follow standard work, process documentation, and quality requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Support production goals while adhering to safety and 6S standards.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ months of manufacturing, machine operation, production, or related experience preferred.
- Ability to clearly communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and understanding work instructions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate machinery and tooling.
- Knowledge of production processes and quality standards.
- Ability to monitor machine performance and recognize process issues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform visual inspections.
- Good hand dexterity and ability to perform repetitive, precision tasks.
