Tool and Die Maker

Princeton Tool Inc, a precision manufacturer for aerospace, defense, and industrial markets, is seeking a Tool and Die Maker to build, repair, and optimize high-precision tooling. You will set up and operate toolroom equipment, interpret blueprints and CAD models, and machine, grind, and fit components to tight tolerances. Working in a quality- and safety-focused environment, you'll troubleshoot tooling issues, support continuous improvement, and collaborate with engineering and production.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain toolroom equipment to build and repair tooling and dies
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings to tight tolerances
• Perform precision machining, grinding, and fitting for new tools and die modifications
• Troubleshoot tooling issues to improve part quality and production efficiency
• Inspect parts and tooling using precision measuring instruments
• Collaborate with engineering and production to develop and refine tooling solutions
• Document work performed and maintain tooling records per quality standards
• Support continuous improvement, 5
• S, and safety initiatives in the toolroom
