Role:
Production Technician II at Bausch + Lomb, responsible for aseptic filling and packaging of eye health products. Objectives include ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO, EHS standards, maintaining product quality, and optimizing equipment performance.
- Operating and troubleshooting filling lines for ointments, gels, solutions, and suspensions.
- Managing line changeovers.
- Performing cleaning/disinfection.
- Line clearance.
- Documentation.
- Preventive maintenance.
- Supporting operational excellence initiatives.
- Aseptic filling.
- Sterile processing.
- Serialization.
- Compliance with GMP/ISO/EHS.
- Experience with RABS fillers.
- CIP/SIP setup.
- Monitoring systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years experience as a Packaging Operator II, Aseptic Filling Operator IV, or similar.
- Technical training preferred.
- Accurate documentation.
- Attention to detail.
- Teamwork.
- Communication.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Location:
Tampa, FL. Shift: Tuesday-Friday, 10:30 am-9:00 pm. No travel specified.
