Position SummaryThe Senior Marketing Manager will own and build the marketing function at PUSEN USA from the ground up. This highly visible role partners closely with the President of Sales to define strategy, manage budget, and execute data-driven marketing initiatives that directly impact commercial success. The ideal candidate combines quantitative marketing expertise with hands-on execution, strong healthcare domain knowledge, and the ability to build trusted relationships with physicians and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company and sales objectives
- Own all marketing activities, from strategic planning through execution and performance analysis
- Build and optimize content marketing programs, including social media, blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and educational campaigns
- Manage digital delivery channels, including email marketing, SEO, website optimization, CRM integration, and paid digital funnels
- Build and maintain email lists, marketing databases, and customer segmentation strategies
- Create, manage, and forecast a comprehensive marketing budget; propose initiatives aligned with growth priorities
- Partner with sales leadership to develop sales enablement tools, lead-generation programs, and campaign support
- Cultivate strong relationships with urologists, KOLs, and medical professionals to increase brand awareness and product adoption
- Analyze marketing performance metrics, generate insights, and continuously optimize ROI
- Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging marketing technologies within medical devices and urology
- Elevate the overall market perception and brand presence of PUSEN USA
- Collaborate with global team members and stakeholders, including participation in international meetings and events
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within medical devices or healthcare
- Demonstrated understanding of urology or physician-focused healthcare marketing
- Strong background in quantitative marketing, analytics, and performance measurement
- Proven ability to engage and build relationships with physicians and KOLs
- Highly organized, self-directed project manager with the ability to prioritize and execute independently
- Experience with SEO, email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and content management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
$140-180k base DOE, 15% annual bonus
Location- Ideal Candidate HQ: within 1 hour from airport
- Travel Expectations: 50%, in the field
