We are seeking an experienced Paid Media & Retention Manager to join the team in Tampa, FL. This is a hybrid position, requiring the ability to commute onsite at least three days per week. The ideal candidate has a strong background in paid media, CRM‑driven retention strategies, and performance attribution, and is comfortable managing six‑figure advertising budgets.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google
- Lead CRM and retention marketing efforts, including lifecycle campaigns, segmentation, and re‑engagement strategies
- Oversee and optimize paid media budgets of $200K+ đź’°, ensuring efficient spend and performance
- Leverage attribution tools to analyze cross‑channel performance and inform budget allocation
- Track KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting to drive continuous optimization 📊
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, product, leadership) to align media and retention strategies
- Test, iterate, and scale campaigns using data‑driven insights
- Maintain clear documentation and communication with key stakeholders
- 8+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing
- Proven experience managing paid media budgets of $200K+
- Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms and retention marketing
- Strong experience with Meta and Google paid media channels
- Working knowledge of attribution tools and models
- Ability to commute to a Tampa‑based office at least 3 days per week 🏢
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working in a hybrid or onsite environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
