Role DescriptionThis is a full-time position for a Head of Media and Growth located on-site in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The role involves developing and executing effective media strategies, managing media planning and public relations efforts, overseeing social media marketing campaigns, and ensuring optimal communication within the organization and with external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include leading the company’s media initiatives, enhancing its public image, and driving growth through innovative marketing strategies.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in Media Strategy and Media Planning
- Strong Communication and Public Relations skills
- Experience with Social Media Marketing strategies and tools
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize campaigns and strategies
- Background in high-ticket sales or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a dynamic team
