Overall responsibility: The Marketing Coordinator will support our brands Rise Analytics, Pro Bridge, and Optiri, plus flagship initiatives like The EDGE Tech Conference and the Credit Union Data Exchange. This entry- to mid-level role is ideal for someone who is organized, curious, and ready to learn across campaigns, events, and content while helping keep projects on track. Their goal should be to assist in achieving consistency and accountability across Trellance's various marketing efforts.
This includes coordinating with managers across functions including:
Communications, demand generation, and product marketing, and more. The marketing coordinator will be responsible for collaborating with marketing managers to establish project timelines, identify bottlenecks, and facilitate discussions to keep projects moving in a timely manner. The position requires attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Campaign Coordination and Execution:
Plan, organize, and execute integrated marketing campaigns from kickoff to completion in collaboration with the Demand Generation and Marketing teams. Ensure alignment across teams and timely delivery of all assets. - Project Management and Workflow Support:
Assign and monitor tasks in Asana, maintain clear communication across the team, and manage the go-to-market content calendar. - Lead and Campaign Support:
Collaborate with the Manager of Demand and Lead Generation and the Digital Marketing Manager to manage lead flow from campaigns and inbound website forms. Support go-to-market activities in Hub Spot, including email marketing and social media. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Content, Events, and Graphics teams to align messaging and ensure deliverables meet brand and business objectives. Organize go-to-market tasks for the EDGE Tech Conference. - Manage and present multi-channel marketing efforts on a single calendar for weekly coordination meetings.
- Own and administer the marketing project management tool, Asana, to ensure project deliverables.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in or related field, from an accredited four-year college or university plus a minimum of combined ten years of experience in accounting and/or financial statement preparation and leadership roles.
Company / Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in a technology field is a must. Prior experience in banking, credit union or financial services industries is strongly preferred.
Experience with data warehouse solutions is also preferred.
Coursework or certifications in digital marketing, project management, or analytics preferred.
OTHER EXPERIENCE:
- Proficiency with Adobe creative solutions, HTML, website content management tools (CMS) such as Word Press and Hub Spot is a plus.
- Knowledge of Hub Spot, Salesforce, and Sales Loft are highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Asana or other project management tools also highly desirable.
- Competency in prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to coordinate efforts between multiple marketing functions to accomplish multiple marketing projects.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- General knowledge of b2b enterprise/SaaS sales and marketing processes are an asset: including but not limited to sales enablement, demand generation, and content marketing.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.
- Experience with campaign coordination, content development, and lead management is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic understanding of SEO and web content management is desirable.
