Marketing Manager, Marketing Strategy

As the Marketing Director, it will be your responsibility to lead the development and execution of our global marketing strategy. This role will drive brand awareness, lead generation, product positioning, and customer engagement across digital, content, partnerships, and events.
The ideal candidate is a fintech-savvy marketing leader who can build scalable marketing programs while managing a small but growing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute Fin Titan’s overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Lead brand positioning and messaging across all channels
- Own demand generation strategy, including digital marketing, campaigns, and lead nurturing
- Work closely with sales, partnerships, and product teams to drive pipeline growth
- Oversee content marketing, including thought leadership, whitepapers, case studies, and PR
- Manage marketing analytics, attribution, and performance reporting
- Build and manage the marketing team, agencies, and external vendors
- Support product launches and new market expansion
- Manage the marketing budget and ROI tracking
- Represent Fin Titan at industry conferences, webinars, and fintech events
- 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, SaaS, or payments
- 3+ years leading marketing teams or programs
- Proven experience building demand generation and growth marketing programs
- Strong understanding of B2B fintech marketing
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign ROI
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience marketing payments, embedded finance, banking infrastructure, or financial platforms
- Experience scaling marketing for high-growth startups
- Existing network in fintech and financial services
