Social Media Strategist, Content Creator

• Develop and execute social media strategies for client accounts
• Plan and manage content calendars aligned with overall marketing goals
• Create social media content for platforms such as Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube Shorts
• Capture photo and video content during in-person shoots (events, offices, brand sessions, etc.)
• Edit short-form video content (Reels, Tik Toks, Linked In clips, etc.)
• Write captions and manage posting and scheduling across platforms
• Monitor content performance and make recommendations to improve engagement and results
• Collaborate with internal team to align social media with broader campaigns and initiatives
• Repurpose long-form content (blogs, videos, podcasts) into social-ready assets
• Stay on top of trends and proactively suggest new content ideas
• Ensure all content is on-brand, high-quality, and aligned with client strategy
