Oversees planning, creation, and management of CCPA English and foreign-language social media platforms, leading content strategy, creative design, technical upkeep, and analytics. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Oversee planning and execution of CCPA English and foreign-language social media platforms and supervise Regional Media Analysts on region-specific plans. Develop, synchronize, and publish frequent social media posts, maintaining consistent messaging during crisis events. Analyze performance data (viewership, followership, regional trends) and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations. Ensure security compliance across platforms and regularly review access protocols and account security.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital communication strategy with posting frameworks and SMART goals.
• Maintain a database of social media aliases of key individuals and organizations and provide real-time engagement recommendations.

• Secret clearance at time of award, with eligibility for TS/SCI U.S. citizenship; fluent English
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a social media management role, with a Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
• Proven ability to create engaging social media content aligned with command objectives
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media dashboards
