Meet the TeamWTG Field Marketing partners with sales and product teams to turn WTG priorities, product strategy, and seller needs into field programs that generate demand and support customer growth. The team connects customer events, industry conferences, executive programs, partner activations, and integrated campaigns to priority accounts and opportunities. Working across Sales, Product Marketing, and marketing teams, it equips sellers with relevant content, activation plans, and follow-up motions.
It also brings customer and field feedback into future messaging and programs, with success measured through engagement, pipeline progression, and revenue impact.
Own the strategy, planning, and execution of WTG field events and integrated campaigns, from account targeting and audience development through seller activation and customer follow-up. Partner with Sales Leaders, sellers, Product, and Product Marketing to align programs with priority accounts, territories, launches, solutions, and opportunities. Build coordinated activations across events, digital, account-based marketing, content, partner programs, and sales-led experiences, with a clear purpose, audience, pipeline goal, and follow-up plan for each.
Manage agencies, vendors, budgets, timelines, logistics, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer experiences and earn sellers’ trust. Track engagement, sourced and influenced pipeline, opportunity progression, and revenue impact, then use field feedback to improve messaging and future programs.
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, event marketing, or integrated marketing
- Experience partnering directly with sales teams to support pipeline and revenue goals
- Experience planning and executing events from strategy and audience development through execution and follow-up
- Experience building integrated programs across events, digital, account-based marketing, content, or seller activation
- Experience using marketing performance data to evaluate engagement, pipeline progression, and business impact
- Experience in B2B technology marketing
- Experience managing event logistics, agencies, vendors, budgets, timelines, and internal stakeholders
- Experience working across product, product marketing, sales, and cross-functional marketing teams
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
