Position: Production & Design Specialist New United States

Create with purpose. Bring a growing healthcare brand to life.

United Vein & Vascular Centers is a rapidly growing healthcare organization expanding access to state-of-the-art, minimally invasive vein and vascular care across the country. As our footprint grows, so does the need for thoughtful, engaging creative that connects our brand with patients, providers, employees, and communities. We’re looking for a Production & Design Specialist who can turn ideas into polished, impactful creative while helping our Marketing team keep pace with an exciting pipeline of campaigns, clinic launches, and organizational initiatives.

Who You Are

You’re a creative, detail-oriented designer who enjoys seeing projects through from concept to completion. You’re equally comfortable developing a new piece of collateral, adapting an existing design, preparing files for print, or jumping into Word Press to make a digital update.

You thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift, deadlines matter, and no two days look exactly the same. You bring strong design instincts, exceptional attention to detail, and the organization needed to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality or brand consistency.

You’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–4+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing production, or a related role
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital marketing design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Experience designing and producing materials for print and digital platforms
  • Experience preparing files for professional print production
  • Web design experience preferred, including Word Press, familiarity with HTML, and website content maintenance
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Dependability and the ability to meet reliable attendance and punctuality standards

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll provide hands-on creative and production support across the organization, helping ensure UVVC’s marketing materials are engaging, accurate, on brand, and delivered on time.

You’ll:

  • Design and produce brochures, flyers, signage, presentations, educational materials, digital assets, and other branded collateral
  • Develop creative assets supporting marketing campaigns, clinic launches, promotional initiatives, and organizational priorities
  • Update and adapt existing materials using approved templates and brand standards
  • Prepare print-ready files, review proofs, manage revisions, and complete final quality checks
  • Create localized versions, updates, and reprints of marketing materials for clinics across our growing footprint
  • Manage assigned creative projects and deliverables from concept through final production
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager and Creative Marketing Specialist to prioritize projects and balance creative workloads
  • Maintain brand consistency across print, digital, and web-based materials
  • Organize and maintain templates, design files, images, production files, and other creative assets
  • Support marketing inventory updates and reordering needs as assigned
  • Assist with the design, development, and maintenance of website pages and digital content
  • Make website updates using Word Press or other content management systems and apply basic HTML knowledge for formatting and troubleshooting
  • Communicate project progress, timelines, and potential challenges to marketing leadership
  • Review creative materials for accuracy, quality, branding, and production…
