Content Marketing Specialist

Grey Matter wins when the market understands it. The Product Marketing team is responsible for ensuring that happens. As a Content Specialist on the Product Marketing team, you will function as one of Relia Quest’s reporters in the newsroom — producing the written content that educates the market, drives revenue, and builds Relia Quest’s expertise and credibility in the space.

• Producing Written Content:
  Writing and publishing blogs, guides, case studies, solution briefs, one-pagers, web copy, partner materials, and event assets that carry the Grey Matter message and move the market forward
• Research & Sourcing:
  Interviewing internal subject matter experts, customers, executives, and external stakeholders to develop accurate, compelling, and credible content
• Message Consistency:
  Ensuring all content reflects current Grey Matter positioning and works in concert with what the product marketing team is building and communicating
• Editorial Standards:
  Maintaining the Relia Quest voice, quality bar, and publishing standard across everything that goes to market

• Ability to learn complex technical subject matter quickly and reflect it accurately in writing
• Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats and audiences
• Ability to prompt AI to write compelling material in the way that will get the market’s attention
• Ability to translate technical depth into clear, compelling content for a range of audiences
• Naturally inquisitive — you ask the right questions, dig deeper than the surface, and find the story others miss
• Creative approach to content — strong point of view, original angles, and a voice that stands out in a crowded market
• Comfortable interviewing and collaborating with Relia Quest executives, senior leaders, customers, and external stakeholders
• Thrives in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment — comfortable managing tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and rapid pivots driven by market trends, product releases, or business needs; you adapt quickly without losing quality or momentum
