Reality Endeavors, Inc. (D2RE) is expanding its leadership team.

We are a Tampa Bay–based nonprofit committed to empowering underserved communities through initiatives that address food insecurity, homelessness, support for teen mothers, and other critical needs.

As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking strategic, community-minded leaders to join our Board of Directors for the 2026–2027 term.

Board members are not figureheads — they are architects of impact.

This role offers the opportunity to:

• Shape the strategic direction of a growing nonprofit
• Strengthen programs that directly serve families in need
• Expand community partnerships and corporate relationships
• Advance fundraising strategy and long-term sustainability
• Serve as a respected ambassador for meaningful change

We are building a board that is engaged, forward-thinking, and committed to long-term organizational excellence.

• 8–10 hours per month
• Active participation in board meetings, committees and quarterly outreach or fundraising events
• Two-year term
• Annual Give-or-Get commitment of $5,000 (personal contribution and/or fundraising)
• This is a voluntary leadership role with no monetary compensation.

We welcome professionals who bring experience in:

• Strategic planning and organizational development
• Fundraising, donor relations, and sponsorship growth
• Financial oversight, nonprofit accounting, or grant writing
• Marketing, communications, and brand strategy
• Corporate leadership and community engagement

Most importantly, we are seeking individuals who are collaborative, accountable, and passionate about advancing equitable outcomes in our community.

• Marketing & Communications – Strengthening storytelling, visibility, and brand presence
• Events – Executing high-impact initiatives such as Blessing the Bay and Elevate H.E.R.
• Development – Driving fundraising strategy, sponsor ships, and donor cultivation
• Executive – Governance, oversight, and organizational accountability
