Equality Florida is seeking Field Fellows to engage in grassroots outreach with emphasis on campaign-style election mobilization. This is a hybrid role with most work done virtually; fellows commit to a maximum of 12 hours per week and start on 9/14 in the Tampa Bay Area.
Responsibilities include identifying events, collecting stories, mobilizing Equality Florida’s membership, coordinating with the Field Organizer, and supporting pro-equality policy efforts.
