Travel RN - Interventional Radiology​/IR - Interventional Radiology

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology RN for a 13-week travel assignment, requiring a FL or compact RN license and advanced life support certifications.

Job Details

• Position is in an interventional radiology department within a hospital setting,

• Involves specialized procedures such as tunneled lines, nephrostomy tubes, drains, biopsies, embolizations, chest tubes, and TIPS,

• Shift is 10 hours per day with possible 12-hour day shifts,

• 1 weeknight call per week and 1 weekend call per month required,

• Navy blue scrubs are required,

Job Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required,

• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are mandatory,

• Prior experience in interventional radiology nursing is highly preferred,

Additional Information

• Candidates must live at least 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel status,

• Returning travelers must not have worked at the facility within the past year,

• COVID vaccination is required for consideration,

• Responsibilities include supporting a variety of IR procedures and working collaboratively with the IR team,
