Overview Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations of programs to ensure appropriateness, effectiveness and variety in trainings/activities to meet the goals outlined in individual participant’s IPPs.
- Provide direct supervision/support to facility management, including but not limited to hiring, training, evaluating, positive direction and updates to organizational, state and federal guidelines.
- Ensure compliance of all supervised areas as it relates to the funding, licensing agents, local, state and federal guidelines.
- Develop and oversee annual programmatic budget and monitor program fiscal responsibility through variance reports, census monitoring, quarterly attendance reviews, bad debt management, service authorization monitoring and client ratio analysis.
- Ensure high quality programming for all recreational and meaningful day activities, skill training and community outings.
- Continue to drive operations to meet vision, mission and strategic plans.
- Monitor operational goals and objectives to support the vision, mission and strategic plan.
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field required.
- 2+ years of experience providing direct services to recipients with developmental disabilities.
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience and operational management preferred.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License at all times.
- Able to work in the US and not require Visa Sponsorship now or in the future
