Use assessment tools to manage medical needs and coordinate with other disciplines

What You Bring:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Active LPN license in Florida

Valid Florida drivers license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR

Minimum 1 year nursing experience required;
Home Health experience is a plus

IV certification preferred but not required

Strong initiative and independent judgement
