This is not a remote position; you will be onsite with our staff.

• Lead and support a dynamic, multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Manage staffing, training, onboarding, and scheduling.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and physicians.
• Champion quality improvement, performance metrics, and regulatory compliance.
• Be the go‑to clinical leader in a one‑of‑a‑kind hybrid care environment.
• Participate in community outreach and represent the organization with pride.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent education and experience.
• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• 3+ years of home health, home infusion, or related organization experience.
• Strong communication and team‑building skills.
• Motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a startup‑style care model.
