Bay Care Health System is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Observation Close team eph’s Hospital. The Observation Close unit provides care for behavioral health patients, high‑risk fall patients, confused patients, and Baker Act patients in a supportive medical environment.

• Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Maintaining professional accountability and seeking continuous development.
• Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification – required
• RN (Registered Nurse) license – required
• ACLS Certification – if required by department
• Nurse Specialty certification – preferred

• Associate’s degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma – required
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing – preferred

• 6 months of RN experience – required
